Shop List:
1 bag shredded cole slaw mix
1 purple cabbage
1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 table spoon canola oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/4 tablespoon sesame seeds
large handful of crispy chow mein noodles
optional: palmful peanuts or cashews
Steps:
1. Prepare the dressing. Whisk together vinegar and oils in a large bowl.
2. Chop 1/4 of a purple cabbage into small squares.
3. Toss the purple cabbage, slaw mix and sesame seeds with the dressing.
4. Chill for 1/2 hour. Toss with chow mein noodles and optional nuts just before serving.
Serves 4.
