Make a custom Easter Banner with some simple supplies. The wood banner pieces can be altered with paints, stains or left plain. I loved the little scalloped edge. Too sweet! I added the burlap with Fabric Mod Podge…. (ha – this is one of my favorite formulas!) The roses are Mod Melt Roses from our flower mold. Full Instructions at Plaid Crafts.
