Burlap and Fabric Banner for the Fourth of July

Have you seen burlap or canvas banner blanks?  They are so easy to customize with fabric Mod Podge and your favorite fabrics.  For this patriotic inspired design, we used a combo of red, navy and turquoise fabrics. Fabric Mod Podge was used to glue the whole thing together. Super Easy and Super Style!

Scissors
Nautical fabrics
Paintbrush

Instructions

1. Cut flag shapes from the nautical fabrics. They should measure slightly smaller than the burlap banner flags. Make a paper template if needed. Cut one for each flag piece.
2. Using Fabric Mod Podge as a glue, attach the nautical fabric flag shapes to the center of the burlap shapes. Allow to dry.

• TIP: Add Letters! Cut letters from coordinating fabrics and attach to the center of each flag shape to spell a saying or name.
