Frosting glass is easy with Ultra Matte Chalk Mod Podge. This technique works great for candleholders, mirrors, frames and things that don’t get washed. This technique isn’t great for wine glasses and such because over time the Mod Podge would wash off. The bird and branch were created by stenciling with Collage Clay.
