Make your own Mango, Strawberry, Banana and Blueberry Popsicles
Summertime frozen pops are so easy to make with Jumex fruit juice and frozen berries. These pops, I made for the girl’s preschool. Our school is a little more “old school” and I like it. If we want to bring a snack to the class then it has to be homemade. No packaged treats! So when I wanted to bring something that would be cool and refreshing…. my first thought was freezer pops! This style I have made so many times and of course my mama made them for me when I was little. This time I decided to try Jumex Strawberry-Banana Nectar as a base and boy was it delicious!
I used a combination of items for the pops. Jumex Strawberry-Banana Nectar, Frozen Blueberries and Mango Puree.
First, I added the Jumex nectar. I’m using little paper cups.
Next, I added a few frozen blueberries into each cup.
I topped the juice and blueberries with the mango puree. + each cup will need a popsicle stick.
Next, you will need to cover each one and poke the stick through the foil. The foil will hold the popsicle stick upright. I froze mine overnight.
I wanted the kids to be able to dive into the popsicles right away so I peeled the paper cups and bagged them up.
I love the colors and layers!
I cut some non-zip-top baggies a little smaller and add a popsicle to each baggie. + a little bow to tie them closed.
The kids loved loved loved them!
