It’s Furniture Flip time and we have a super cute Pink Martini Bar for your viewing pleasure. For this flip we made-over an old desk secretary. It was an easy flip to do and the the baby pink turned out gorgeous! The hint of gold highlights the pink in the perfect way. We used FolkArt Chalk, Mod Podge and Mod Melts to complete this look.

Are you ready to make your own party bar? Don’t you love how easy this flip was. If pink isn’t your thing….. just paint one your favorite color and add your favorite accents.
The Before Picture….. you always need the before shot. 🙂
The inside had some amazing little drawers….. but it was dirty….dirty. We used a good spray cleaner to clean the whole bar.
Here is a detail look at the finished insides. The back we papered with faux mercury glass scrapbook paper. We used Mod Podge to attach the papers. On the drawer fronts we used the same large scale paper from the front of the bar. Around the edge of the drawers we used Mod Melts and pearl trim. To create the trim we used the Mod Melts Gems mold.
The fold-down shelf is perfect for mixing and serving a few cocktails.
We used the same handmade bead-trim to frame out the edges of the bar.
The front was easy to do. We did used a brayer to get the paper flat. You could use a credit card if you don’t have a brayer.
we removed the lower file drawer and added a shelf. Then we tricked out a plain wine rack with gold paint and flat backed pink pearls.
Who’s ready to cheers!
Happy Furniture Flipping!
