Have you tried Decoden? Here is our Halloween Take on this fun craft. For these designs we used whipped clay by Mod Podge. You can also use caulk to create a similar design. You can do this craft on almost any surface. If you look close in the picture, you will see that we have done the decoder technique on everything from papermache to foam and even plastic.
