Handmade earrings are always a perfect gift and presentation can give them that extra, one-of-a-kind appeal. For that “extra presentation” we are using vintage postcards. With images ranging from girlie to glitzy, vintage postcards make a perfect setting for your unique crystal creations.
Easy to adorn…and adore. These little cuties are one gem of a gift

Steps:
Add details to the postcard by trimming the edges with decorative scissors.
Use rub on letters or stamps to spell out the words of your choice.
Apply ultra fine glitter and rhinestones to the card with tacky glue. Allow to dry.
You can also punch a hole in the top of the card and thread a ribbon through, tie in a bow.
Making the earrings: Create a dangle by threading a crystal bead onto a head pin. Trim the top of the pin and create a loop at the top.
Glue the back of the rhinestone to the pad on the earring backing. Allow to dry.
Attach the dangle to the rhinestone earring pad.
Once the earrings are finished, pierce them through the card in the desired position.
