This the chair before. I purchased from Ikea for $7.99.
I used outdoor Mod Podge for this project because I wanted the chair to be porch friendly. You can also use Matte, Gloss or Satin Mod Podge.
For my material for this folding chair makeover is a stack of paper napkins. Paper napkins are perfect for decoupage. Remember, you will only be using the top printed ply of the napkin.

I like to use napkins that have an all over pattern they are the best for overlapping the design.
To seal the chair, I’m using several layers of Outdoor Mod Podge as a top-coat. In the video I explain this process and dry times.
