Glittering the edges of tea lights is one of my favorite way to add a little red, white and blue to a party. You can use as is or drop in clear glass.
This 4th of July napkin and utensil caddy is made with Mod Podge and Napkin Decoupage. I explain everything in the video.
This is a fun way to make use of Dollar Tree solar lanterns and they are perfect for porches. I did napkin decoupage around a tall vase and then just added the solar lamps. They are great for table tops!
