Everyone knows that I am a dollar store junkie…. seriously I have a problem. It doesn’t help that I have a dollar store super close to my home. I found this little set of pins, bands and clips for a buck and as soon as I saw it, I thought – Makeover Time! I soaked the label off the top and Mod Podged some polkadot paper to the top.
