Get ready for a Beetlejuice movie night with this delicious sweet treat! Vanilla Puffed corn is so easy to make and you only need a few simple ingredients.
Watch the Recipe Here: Beetlejuice Vanilla Puffed Corn
Recipe:
10 Ounce Bag Puffed Pop Corn (Mine was from Aldi)
1 Brick Vanilla Almond Bark (melting)
Lime Green & Black Sprinkles (My Amazon Favs: Halloween Sprinkles)
1. Add the puffed corn to a large bowl.
2. Melt the vanilla almond bark in the microwave at 30 sec. intervals until melted and not lumpy. Pour over the puffed popcorn and stir. Once they are all coated. Sprinkle the sprinkles over the puffed corn.
3. Turn out onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Cool for 2 hours. Store in ziptop baggie or sealed container.
If you find this treat to be too sweet…..then cut the vanilla bark in 1/2 or double the puffed corn. This stores well in a zip top baggie or sealed container.
I just had to share this picture of Beetlejuice at Universal Studios Hollywood. He is such a funny character.
