I’m always hoarding milk and juice caps…. and I always have a million ideas of things to make with them. This kids memory matching game made with recycled bottle caps and scrap papers is the perfect bottle cap project! |
Materials: Plastic bottle or milk caps, Punches, Papers, Mod Podge, Foam Paintbrush, Sippy Cup

1. Notes: You will need bottles caps that are in pairs. Plastic ones work best for little kids. You will also need different pieces of paper. Remember this is a matching game so each bottle cap will need a matching bottle cap.
2. Punch (or cut) the papers into random shapes and sizes. Make sure they will fit on top of the bottle caps.
3. Apply a coat of Mod Podge to the top of the bottle cap and to the back of a paper punch. Position the paper onto the bottle cap, smooth with your fingers and top-coat with more Mod Podge.
4. Keep making bottle caps that match. Allow to dry and start making matches.

5. Store the bottle cap game in an old sippy cup or cleaned out peanut butter jar.
