Even a Grinch will love this hot cocoa gift basket! Today, I’m customizing a plain gift basket from Dollar Tree with napkins and Mod Podge. Grab some holiday themed paper napkins, plain gift tubs and your favorite Gloss, Matte or Satin Mod Podge and lets decoupage.

I filled the basket with hot cocoa supplies and this cute Christmas movies mug and Grinch towel.
