Y’all know I love dollar store makeovers…and this is one of my favorites. It’s so simple and I love the pastel look for the kids table. The trick to a good dollar store makeover is to paint the item with Folkart home decor chalk first. This will act as a primer. So grab some pastel paints and halloween dollar store items to makeover.
We have lots of trick or treaters in our neighborhood and we never know what friends might stop by. Plus, cousin Tucker joins us for trick or treating in our neighborhood. I make a giant pot of chili and set up a few kids tables so anyone who is hungry can sit have a bite to eat. I make my award wining chicken chili because kids love it and grown-ups do too.
