For this project it is important that you use Fabric Mod Podge! This formula is fabric friendly and dries with a bit of flex so your shoes and fabric will stay secure when your foot and shoe bend.
I added 3 top-coats of Fabric Mod Podge to the Grinch shoes. Plus – A little Sparkle Mod Podge to the fur on the Grinches Santa Hat. I also added some red rhinestones to the Santa hat.
