Ice Scream You Scream……. These centerpieces are so easy to create and they are perfect for an Ice Cream Party! I hosted an Ice Cream Party for the girls last year. It was a huge hit and I had so much fun making all the decorations.
I used these Ice Cream Cones as the centerpieces for the tables and as decorations on the food tables.
They are very easy to make and you only need a few supplies.
The Supplies Needed Are:
Large Plastic Cups
Rocks/ Beans or something for weight
Brown Craft Paper
Brown Felt
Hot Glue
China Ball Lanterns
White Ruffle Trim
First, I hot glued the brown paper around the large plastic cups. I added brown felt at the top to look like drizzled chocolate sauce.
I added so weight to each “cone” to prevent them from tipping over. I used small pebbles. Then I used hot glue to attach the china ball to the top of the cone.
I attached what ruffle trim around the top of the cone and base of the “scoop.” This was my attempt at whipping cream.
I made the ice cream cone centerpieces in a rainbow of colors.
If you want to make hanging ice cream cones…….. DON”T add the weights and string from the metal lantern support.
I’ll be blogging all the projects from the Ice Cream Party…… Please like, share, leave a comment…..but most important……THANKS for Popping by! XO Cathie
