Create a personalized yard sign with sign blanks from the hardware store, paint, scrapbook paper and Outdoor Mod Podge. These are great for surprising someone on their birthday day or graduation day. They are also great for making thank you signs and signs for hope and change. In this video, I walk you through all the steps for making an outdoor yard sign. Look for yard sign blanks at your hardware store. They are usually located near the yard sale signs.

For the graduation sign, we used a combo of pink and black papers and a variety of Mod Podge formulas.
You can also paint the background of your sign. You don’t need outdoor paint because you will be sealing with outdoor Mod Podge.
For the thank you sign, we are using some artwork drawn by my daughter. After she drew her letters, I just cut them out and used Mod Podge to attach them.
