Today, I have a quick video showing how to make a pillow with an old T-Shirt. This is a super easy and beginner friendly project that you can complete in under 1 hour. I always have a stack of the girls’ old tees that I want to make into something fun. These Halloween tees were the perfect choice for some fun Halloween pillows. I sew the pillows from start to finish in the video so even if you have never sewn a pillow you can do this!

Your tools matter for this T-shirt pillow project. In the video, I explain why you need to use a ballpoint needle when sewing with knits. Also, I’m using a stuffing tool that comes with the bag of Fairfield Poly-fil. In the video, I also show how to use tailor’s chalk.
