How to Tint Mod Podge with Dollar Tree Eyeshadow

I’m testing using Dollar Tree Eyeshadow to create beautiful tinted Mod Podge! In this YouTube short, I’m using a rainbow eyeshadow and highlighters from the makeup department. I really love how the colors came out and can see endless ideas for using this technique with collage, altered art and mixed media.

I’m using Dollar Tree makeup because I think the price is perfect for this application. I would caution against using fancy eyeshadow….first, I don’t think the effect will be different and it will cost more money.
