Kitchen organization has been in full-force the past few days. I’m gearing up for Delilah’s first day of T-K and lunchbox mania. Mama needs more space for lunch making stuff.ย I needed a new storage idea for all my small kitchen items that are keepers but not necessarily things that I need access to daily.I love the Iris boxes for my crafty stuff and thought I would give them a try in the kitchen too. I’m pretty pleased with how much they store and how easily they can be stacked. These boxes I picked up from Michaels for $4.00.
After I got everything organized and ready to be stored, I used my P-Touch labeler to label all the boxes with easy to read contents labels.
Here are the boxes all stacked in my cabinet. I can’t believe how much the Iris boxes hold and how sturdy they are.
Let’s peek at what all fits…….
In this box, I have my cupcake liners, cake candles, silicone baking cups and bento food spears.
That little punch is a seaweed punch. I use it to make seaweed smiling faces on homemade sushi.
My rainbow cake pan, silicone baking trays and my silicone tea party set all fit nicely in one box. I’m so glad that I finally wrangle some of this small baking stuff.
This bin has an odd assortment of egg molds, candy and cookie sticks – plus my candy molds.
I was able to fit all my cookie cutters and presses into one box!
I have lots of cake decorating tips and supplies… I managed to fit all of them into one box! This makes cake decorating time so much easier!
I managed to fit some specialty bakeware into a scrapbook case.
I use ramekins almost everyday so I keep a selection of them in an active drawer. I do like to have extra on hand but not where they take up space. So I thought let’s see if they fit and sure enough….they did!
In my last storage bin, I filled it with my chocolate and wilton melts supplies.Next stop on my kitchen clean-up…. the foil and baggie drawer!
