Celebrate the New Year with new craft techniques like napkin decoupage and Mod Podge glitter lettering. For today’s design we went with a New Year’s Eve theme but you can automize this look to any holiday, party, season or event.

One tip for getting good glitter coverage is to base coat your letters with paint. I like to use a color that is close to my glitter as possible. Here, I used black paint for black glitter.
The background of my sign is just napkins that I decoupaged to the back of the sign. In the video below, I’m showing all the tips and tricks for creating this New Year’s Eve crafted sign.
