Today, I’m serving up yummy snacks on a spooky handmade plate. This napkin decoupage plate is super easy to make and it only requires a few supplies. For this design, I used a spiderweb napkin, Dishwasher Safe Mod Podge, glass plate and some white Multi-surface paint by FolkArt.

Here is a peek at the plate without food. The napkin decoupage technique is done on the back of the plate so it is totally food safe.
