I could not pass up this whimsy goth fabric at JoAnn fabrics. It was the perfect choice for creating this collage jean jacket! In this video, I am teaching how to add fabric to a jean jacket with Fabric Mod Podge. This is a no sew project for fabrics. I did add a little hand stitch to secure the gems.

For this design, I used 100% cotton flannel. Flannel is very forgiving and works great for fabric collage. Make sure you use FABRIC MOD PODGE for this design.

I found my jacket at the thrift shop. I did wash both my fabrics and jean jacket prior to gluing the fabric to the jacket.
I love how the gems and beads look on the jacket! When I get a bit more time…..LOL……I’m planning to add more!
