Easy Italian Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
Rotini Pasta – 1 box
Italian Salad Dressing – 1/2 cup
Tomato – 2 small
Cucumber – 1 medium
Red Bell Pepper – 1 large
Purple Onion – 1/4 large
Sliced Black Olives – 1 small can
1. Cook, rinse and drain 1 box of pasta.(I like to use rotini pasta)
2. Toss with 1/2 cup of your favorite Italian salad dressing.
3. Chop and strain 2 small tomatoes. Add to pasta.
4. Chop 1 cucumber into mini bite size pieces. Add to pasta.
5. De-seed and chop 1 red bell pepper. Add to pasta.
6. Chop 1/4 of a large purple onion. Add to pasta.
7. Add 1 small can of drained sliced black olives to the pasta. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss everything togetehr. Chill covered for 6 hours. Serves six.(Visited 356 times, 1 visits today)

Hi! Just discovered your blog from the BlogHer site – great pasta salad recipe! I did easy crescent rolls for my Tasty Tuesday recipe this week – sounds like together we make a great lunch!
I make the same salad without the peppers but add carrots. Just as yummy.
